Lb cancels with lb and kg with kg. So the resultant is in grams. The terms in numerator and denominator are multiplied and resultant is divided to get the answer

I would multiply 46x1x1,000 to get 46,000. the. i would multiply 1x2.2x1 to get 2.2. i would then divide 46,000/2.2 to get 20,909.0909
