What is the mistake in these two sentences. 1.He ate four hot dog's at the picnic. 2. My soccer teams trophy was huge.

1. It should be ‘dogs’ not ‘dog’s’. Unsure about the second I’m not American and we don’t use soccer.

The mistake in the first one is the apostrophe. It should just be “hot dogs.” And the second on should be soccer team’s.
