I personally think that the woman can do the same job as a man, and so could a man do the same job as a woman. They both may have different experiences so they would probably be better off with what they're best of. In most families, the male is considered the person who goes to work for money, and do the handwork, as women are mostly noticed as doing chores at the home, clean, and make a meal. But either way they can always be different and do different roles.
