The formula for Kinetic Energy is

KE = 1/2mv^2

m = mass (kg)

v = velocity (m/s)

152 grams to kilograms is 19/125kg

m=19/125

v=30

KE = 19/125 x 30^2

= 342/5

= 68.4

KE = 68.4J
