Step 1:- Re-draw the triangle. Check the attached first image.

Step 2:- Considering the triangle ABC, it can be seen that the triangle is isosceles. This means that angles ABC and ACB are equal. To get the value of X,


110 + x + x = 180 \\ = > 110 + 2x = 180 \\ = > 2x = 108 - 110 \\ = > 2x = 70 \\ = > x = (70)/(2) \\ = > x = 35

Step 3:- Draw another part of the picture to find the other X, for it, check second attached image.

To get BCD, Using alternate angles theorem,

ABC = BCD (Alternate angles are equal)

=> ABC = 35°

=> x = BCD = 35°

Therefore, value of x is 35° and 2X=2×35=70°
