The answer is y=1.5x

Explanation:

When you do 4 x 3, that gets you 12, but on the table it says 6. You can get rid of that option.

When you do 4+2, it gets you 6. But when you do 6+2, it gets you 8. On the table it says 9. You can get rid of that option.

When you do 4 x 2, you get 8, but the table says 9. You can get rid of that option.

That then only leaves you with 1.5, which works with all of the values.
