I believe this question should have several options or else you can simply name a any equation that satisfy the following:

since the line is perpendicular to y = 4/3x - 7, the products of their slopes will be = -1.

so, slope x 4/3 = -1

slope = -3/4

any equation that has gradient/slope = -3/4 would be correct
