Explanation:

volume for cone is V=1/3 x TT x r^2 x height

TT (pi) is 3.14

radius is 1/2 of diameter (1/2 x 1.5 = .75 )

height is 1.5 x radius (1.5 x .75 = 1.125)

V= 1/3 x 3.14 x .75^2 x 1.125

V= .66 cu. meters
