$x = (-1\pm i√(19))/(10)$

Explanation:

$~~~~~~5x^2 +x +1 = 0\\\\\implies x = (-1\pm√(1^2 -4 (5)(1)))/(2(5))\\\\\implies x = (-1 \pm √(-19))/(10)\\\\\implies x = (-1\pm i√(19))/(10)$
