What is an equation of the line that passes through the points (6,8) and (-3,2)

Answer:

y = 2/3x + 4

Explanation:

Let the equation of the line be y = mx + c

m = (2-8)/(-3-6) = 2/3

sub (6, 8):

8 = 2/3(6) + c

c = 4

the equation if the line is y = 2/3x + 4
