are few survivors. Fortunately, this virus is not affecting organisms on any other trophic levels. However, the loss of these organisms is

Less fish will disrupt the predators in the ocean. Sharks, and other predators in these oceans need a food source such as fish if this Virus does indeed kill these many fish. Meaning the virus is in this fish, It might spred to predators that eat these fish. Still if the predators of the food chain dont find these food sources for them i am sure they will die of starvation.
