y = 1/5x + 2

Slope-intercept form:

y = mx + b

First, you must get y alone by subtracting 2x on both sides of the equation and then dividing both sides by -10:

-10y = -2x - 20

y = -2/-10x - 20/-10

Simplify: y = 1/5x + 2
