Slope-1/4 Y-intercept--2 Equation-y=1/4x+-2 and choose any point on the line.

Explanation:

To find slope, you will have to make a slope triangle with two intersecting points. Divide h/v witch is 1/4. The y-intercept is just the point on the y-axis so that is -2. For the fourth question, just choose any coordinate on the oblique line.
