Answer: A reflexive pronoun reflects back on the subject of the sentence. But, a intensive pronoun adds emphasis or intensity to a noun.

Examples: A intensive/reflexive pronouns include myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves. And, used in a sentence would be..

"I was in a hurry, so I washed the car myself."

"You're going to have to drive yourself to school today."

"He wanted to impress her, so he baked a cake himself."

Hope this helped you out!
