1. The simile compares love being pierced in the chest with. birth of a child. This is because, just like the birth of a child, love arrives unexpectedly, it causes pain and happiness at the same time and presents itself as a new experience, which will be developed little by little and in the mold that the couple determines.

2. It says that love is something very deep, unexpected, challenging, but pleasurable, that makes people strive to be something good in the future, something that will bring pride and happiness to the two people responsible for it.
