Answer:

Slope = 3/7

y - intercept: y = -3

x - intercept x = 7

Explanation:

You have to cimplify the equation in terms of y

-3x +7y= -21

7y= 3x-21

y = 3/7x - 3

SLOPE: It is whatever x is mutlipliedby

slope would be 3/7

Y intercept: you need to plug in x=0

y = 3/7(0) - 3

Zero multipled by anything is zero so you are left with

y = -3

X intercept: plug in y = 0

0 = 3/7x - 3

Move the -3 to the other side

3 = 3/7x

Multiply by the reciprocal 7/3

x = 7/3 * 3

x = 21/3

x = 7
