Step-by-step explanation:

For the first one. The email starts off sketchy. There's no greeting and it seems way too rushed. The email address itself, at the very top, does not seem at all related to the email. Not only that, but the link is sketchy. As the identification chart says, "account is in trouble." This one obviously hits the mark. They make you think your account is in trouble, there's a rush, no reliable sources, and a sketchy hidden by text link. Lastly.... inconvenience is spelled wrong...

For the second, the source seems reliable but it tells you your account is in trouble. If the account was really in trouble, you more than likely would've been called which proves the "need to verify information" part of the link. The greeting doesn't specify your name...which a piece of card information should know if it's for you directly. "Log in" is spelled "log ins." Last but not least, urgently is spelled wrong.
