Her vertical velocity at take off = 15 Sin (17).
V= u + at = (15 Sin (17)) - 9.8 t
9.8 t = (15 Sin (17))
t = (15 Sin (17)) / 9.8
That is the time to get to the highest point.
It takes the same time to return from the highest point back to the ground.
