Step-by-step explanation:

Preamble- It's like the intro i guess they're kinda like stirring words

Statement of Human Rights- What the rights of a human are, like civil and political rights, like the right to life, liberty, free speech and privacy.

Charges against Human rights- How the company as a whole violates your human rights i think??

Charges against the king and parliament- How the king (manager/CEO) and the parliament (higher staff/corporate) directly violated your human rights.

Statement of Separation and Signatures- Like the name suggests, you state that you are leaving the company (and quick summary why) and put your signature.
