so, put the new line as y=-2x+b (b is a placeholder)

now, we need to find the y intercept, and you can do that by placing (4,3) into the equation of y=-2x+b

3=-2(4)+b

3=-8+b

11=b

New line will be y=-2x+11

add 2x on both sides
