In this case the alkenes have undergone ozonolysis and has formed two products as butanal and 2-methyl propanal

when we revert back from these aldehydes to alkene we observed the alkene formed will be "2-methyl hept-3-ene " this alkene is the Hofmann product of that primary amine

upon addition of this alkene we observe the primary amine formed is

4-amino-2-methylheptane
