y=-2x+25

Explanation:

the slope has to be -2, becauze in perpendicular lines, the slopes are opposite.

put it into y-y1=m(x-x1) form, which is y-5=-2(x-10)

then get rid of the parenthesis by distribution, which gives you y-5=-2x+20 (-10x-2 gives a positive 20)

then isolate y and balance the equation.

y-5+5=-2x+20+5, which gives you

y=-2x+25
