a=60 b=132

Explanation:

48/4=12

a=12*5

b=12*11

For a you would divide 48 by 4 to see how much each ticket is which is 12, and then you would multiply 12 by 5 which is 60

For B you would do the same thing except multiply 12 by 11 which is 132
