Answer: -8

Explanation:

Distribute 6 to x and -1

6x-6=9(x+2)

Distribute 9 to x and 2

6x-6=9x+18

Add 6 to both sides

6x=9x+24

Subtract 9x from both sides

-3x=24

Divide -3 from both sides

X=-8
