Answer:

3

Explanation:

You just divide 27 by 3, then divide that answer by 3, and keep doing that until you get to 1:

27/3

9

9/3

3

3/3

1

3^x = 27

3^3 = 27

3 x 3 x 3 = 27

9 x 3 = 27

27 =27
