Answer:
Weather is the immediate condition of the atmosphere of a particular region for a particular time. It informs about the condition only for short duration of time.
While the climate is the average value of the weather for a long duration such as a few months . This explains the geographical condition of the region.
According to the present region of India , the weather is rainy with cold wind. The climate is spring of the region.
