Answer: The slope is -2.

Explanation:

Since the line is going through the origin it means that if you find a point on the line and divided the y coordinate of point by it's x coordinate then you will get the slope or the constant change value.

The equation of a proportional line says that y = kx where k is the slope.

And to find k, you will divide y by x.

One point that is located on the line is (-1,2) The y coordinate is 2 and the x coordinate is -1.

Divide 2 by -1 to find the slope.

2/-1= -2

This means the slope is -2.
