If you want to get the result like I did, Desmos is a great website that help you graph any kind of equation.

Explanation:

I placed y=-5/2x +2 into desmos and it spat out this graph. If you want to do it algabreacly, I suggest making an x and y t-chart and start plugging in x numbers in terms of y. Lets say you plug in 1 as x, you would to 5/2(1) +2 giving you 2 5/2 or 4 1/2 as your y coordinate if x is 1. This makes your point (1, 4 1/2). I'd say do about 3 coordinates at least and then draw a line straight through those point giving you your graphed equation.
