English example: I cleaned my room.

French example: J’ai nettoyé my chambre (you already did this which is why you put the accent mark and it is j’ai because you use “avoir” to conjugate pst participle verbs)

3. To form the past participle of regular verbs ending in -er you take of the r so manger would be mangé you have to add that accent “Aigu” to every er verb when you take of the r you have to add that accent to the e ALWAYS for er verbs only
