For question two (left to right)put a bar to the right of the first eighth note. Put a bar to the right of the second quarter note. Put a bar to the right of the second eight note (the second in the whole line). Bar to right of third quarter note. The next bar should be the doted quarter and eighth note. Then eighth and quarter.
