The ratio of the perimeters of 2 similar shapes is the sidelength of 1 shape to the matching sidelength. That means the ratios of the perimeters are 10:6 = 5:3

The ratio of areas = ratio of perimeters ^2 --> 25:9

Ratios of areas = ratios of perimeters ^2
