So we can say that he had earned $80.75 during the week.

b- Since he had spent $25.23 on food and $22.12 on gas, we have to add them to get the total amount of money spend during the week. So after adding the amount of moneys spent, we will get $47.35.

c- Finally, to find out how many money he was left with, we have to subtract the amount of moneys spent from the total amount of earnings for the week. So, after subtracting $47.35 from $80.75 he is left with $33.4.
