Explanation:

39-27=12

51-39=12

63-51=12

It’s clear that ,in this sequence we add 12 each time to a term to get the next term.

This means that this is an arithmetic sequence with a common difference of 12.

Therefore,

Term1 = 27 ; Term2 = 39 ; Term3 = 51 ; Term4 = 63

Term5 = 75

Term6 = 87

Term7 = 99

Term8 = 111

Method 2 :

Un = U1 + (n-1)r

r is the common difference = 12

U1 = 27 is the first term

Then

U8 = 27 + (8-1)×12

= 27 + 7×12

= 27 + 84

= 111
