It's needed to fufil basic rights and laws for US citizens. If you did not have this Constitution then the USA would be in chaos similar to now! ANyways regarding the Constitution it is called the 25th Amendmant. You can Wikipedia that. It established the Fundemental Law for the United states and has kept us in peace for a very long while. If you think about it your great great great great granny should have been around in that time
