Answer:

4n+4

Explanation:

If the first odd integer is 2n+1, the second must be 2n+3.

Add them and get 2n+1+2n+3 = 4n+4.

Example: if n=5 the numbers are 11 and 13 and their sum is 24

4*5 + 4 = 24.
