First, write a ratio hours to flower beds.
2:8
Then simplify.
1:4
Now that we have the ratio per hour she plants four flower beds, we can multiply both sides by 6.5 ( the number of hours she worked for).
6.5:26
Now we know that after 6.5 hours of work, she planted 26 flower beds.

Answer:

26 flower beds

Explanation:

For 1 hour, she can plant 4 flower beds.

6 hours × 4 flower beds = 24

Since the number of total hours is 6.5, divide 4 by 2 = 2

24 + 2 = 26
