Sub: Formal Complaint about Poor Service

Dear Mr. Morrison,

Kindly treat this as a formal letter of complaint about the poor services that was rendered by your company last Friday, October 10, 2019.

We are disappointed because the service has not perform, we visited the restaurant for a business meeting with some Japanese investors. We have to wait for one hour for the food and I noticed that the french fries had a terrible taste.

We would appreciate if you take some necessary action regarding the whole matter I would like to have a special prize my next reservation and I recommend you to offer a fast service with high quality food.
