The slope-intercept equation if the line is
y=-(1)/(2)x+4

To find the slope, you must put the 2 points into the slope equation.

(3-4)/(2-0)=(-1)/(2)

And to find the y-intercept, you must find where the line crosses the y-axis.

(0,4)
