f(-4)= (-4)2-4
the answer is -12
f(0)=(0)2-4
the answer is -4
f(3)=(3)2-4
the answer is 2

You plug in the given value for x.
F(-4)=(-4)2-4
F(-4)=-8-4
F(-4)=-12
F(0)=(0)2-4
F(0)=0-4
F(0)=-4
F(3)=(3)2-4
F(3)=6-4
F(3)=2
