0.7 mg is 700mcg.
So if you only have 350mcg you’ll only inject 0.35mg.
You wouldn’t have enough for a 0.7 mg dose of digoxin that’s needed.
I don’t think you’ve put the right measurements maybe nanogram not milligrams ??
