Answer:

y = 5x + 5

Explanation:

The line in slope intercept form :

y = mx + p

Where m is the slope

and p is the y value of the y intercept point

…………………………………………………………………

the y intercept point is (0 , 5) then p = 5

Slope calculation:

(0 , 5) and (2 , 15) are two points of the line , then

m=(15-5)/(2-0) =(10)/(2) =5

Conclusion:

y = 5x + 5
