Answer:

According to the parallel lines theorem, the angle ∠JOP = ∠OPK

Thus, a = 45°.

Now according to the opposite angles theorem, ∠OPK = ∠NPL

thus, x = 45°.

[I could not find y and z in the diagram, so I could no help you with that]
