Explanation:

this question is asking you to transfer numbers out of scientific notation and multiply them. 10^6 is 1 followed by 6 zeros (good trick to remember) or 1000000. when you multiply anything by a power of 10 you just add that many zeroes to it or move the decimal point one point to the left for every zero. so in this example it is 5.2 times 1000000 which is 5200000. we do the same for the other one and we get 1400. When we multiply these two values we get 7280000000 or 7.28^9
