24. Both of my grandmothers are 70 years old. My maternal

grandmother is very active and swims laps every day in her pool.
My paternal grandmother is not very active and finds it hard to
walk around the grocery store. What role does flexibility play in
determining my grandmothers' level of activity?

Answer:

Flexibility plays a big roll in determining my grandmother's level of activity because an elderly person who doesn't exercise at all won't be flexible, and they would haave trouble walking and doing everyday tasks. Meanwhile, an elderly persson who does excercise daily would be much more physically healthy and fit, and still have full movement even at an old age.
