2y + 3x = 1

that means when converting it into a standard line function like y = ax + b :

2y = -3x + 1

y = -3/2 x + 1/2

so, the slope of the line is the factor of x : -3/2

every parallel line must have the same slope.

so, a parallel line would be e.g.

y = -3/2 x + 5
