convert 130% to a decimal which is 1.3
then it’s simple math from there. multiply 220(1.3) and you get 286.

start off by saying:
130/100 * 220
so, the answer would be 286
this is as you simplify the fraction first by 10: 13/10 * 220
then you take out the ten on each side: 13 * 22
