Velocity= displacement/change in time
Velocity=-1.5/2
Velocity = -3/4 or -0.75

What do you mean by m/s? If you just want velocity it is .75 kilometers per second. If you want this converted to miles per second (m/s??) then it is .4666 miles per second (1.5 km = .932 miles)
