Say someone has guardianship over a kid. The kid doesn't wanna live there anymore is it by law that the people have to let the kid leave? Or is there away that the kid could leave?

I’m pretty sure that depending on how old the kid is he/she can make the decision themself. If a child doesn’t want to live with a certain parent they shouldn’t be forced to. I think the age they can decide is either 12 or 13.
