What is the inverse of the function f(x) = 2x + 1?

f(x)=x/2 -1/2. I got this by switching the variables x and y with each other and solving for y. The equation looks like this after I switched. x=2y+1. Then you just solve for y in the equation x=2y+1! Hope I helped!
