Explanation:

So first if it was a scale factor of 2.5 you would multiply it by 2.5 for each side. So for the side of 3 you would multiply it by 2.5 which is 7.5 so that side and the other side across from it would be 7.5 units. Then for the next one there is 5 units so you do the same 5x2.5 is equal to 12.5 so will the one below it.

Then it would be (7.5 * 2) + (12.5 * 2)= 15+25+40

So then the perimeter would be 40 units.
